Who We Are

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Bibi co-founded the business with Andrea in 2012. She has a background in Domestic Staff Recruitment, as a private Executive Assistance and Estate Manager since her early 20’s. Having spent time living overseas, as well as London and the Country, her experience is ideally suited to working with Town and Country’s international and UK Clients.

She is now running Town and Country Staff on a daily basis, and still loves being ‘hands on’, dealing with Clients and Candidates on a daily basis. Bibi is our Scrabble champion, and spends a lot of her free time entertaining friends and her many god children.

ADMINISTRATION AND MARKETING SUPPORT

Irina keeps the office running smoothly. Liaising between the consultants, the reception team and the candidates, she ensures that every candidate is properly registered, their profile is kept up to date and their CVs are formatted. She also runs our social media and keeps the job boards up to date.

CO-FOUNDER AND CONSULTANT

Andrea co-founded the business with Bibi in 2012 having had a career in recruitment spanning several decades.  She brought a wealth of management experience to the business, not only from her time in the domestic staff sector, but also as a press officer,  restaurateur and restaurant consultant.

In 2022 Andrea took a step back from the business, however she remains very much part of the Town and Country family, regularly providing her advice and support to the business. 

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Jamie is the Operations Director of the company but has actually been with Town and Country since its beginning.  We couldn’t have started the business without him!

He ensures the smooth running of each department and develops the strategy to bring new concepts into fruition. He led the company’s drive to reduce our company carbon footprint with a view of being completely carbon neutral in the near future. T&C has been completely paperless since 2015.

ADMINISTRATION AND BUSINESS SUPPORT

Johnray is our newest addition to the team. Originally from the Philippines, he and his family relocated to the UK in 2022. With a Degree in Business Administration and Project Management, Johnray is responsible for processing job placements and managing candidates. He brings experience in providing fast, accurate, and empathetic business support across a wide range of operational and administrative tasks.

In his free time, Johnray enjoys spending quality moments with his family, and pursuing his passion for scuba diving, holding PADI and CMAS licenses acquired in 2013.

WEBSITE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Bikram is responsible for managing our website and anything technical. He developed the website, manages maintenance and generally oversees anything to do with the technical side of Town and Country Staff.
